Working on an Unmanned Future!

Greetings everyone, and welcome to my website! I would like to introduce myself, and establish my basis for providing my services.

I hold a Masters of Aeronautical Science in Aviation Management and Aviation Safety Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a BS in Aviation Management from Louisiana Tech University; I hold both a FAA Private Pilot and Remote Private Certificate. I am an Accredited Airport Executive, and have spent 13 years in the Aviation Safety fields at two air carrier airports. In addition, I also serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, teaching Airport Operations and UAS Management at the graduate and undergraduate levels. I have over 13 years of recreational and commercial UAS experience and am the owner of Unmanned Aerial Solutions of Arkansas, training UAS pilots in addition to aerial photography services. I have assisted airports and pilots with developing plans for the safe integration of UAS at the local, regional, and national levels, and serve as a member of the FAA Safety Team.

Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS, or "drones") have the ability to change the way we live for the better, or for the worse. We live in the age where flying AEDs can help resolve heart attacks, or deliver medicine to remote villiages, or provide instant information to an Incident Command structure. But we also live in a time where foolish UAS flights can kill hundreds of people, shut down airspace, or even be used to invade personal privacy.

As such, our mission at UAS Arkansas is to encourage the safe, ethical use of UAS in society through education, training, outreach, and setting the example, And we hope you will join us on that journey!
